Claire’s wedding and Floristry classes.
The wedding season may be coming to an end but the Sweet Floral team still had a very busy and varied week with a wedding and 3 Floristry classes in total.
Claire’s wedding was on the Saturday. We delivered the Grooms buttonholes to Wanneroo and then headed south, through the smoke shrouding the city, to Claire in Mardella, a beautiful spot, to deliver her bouquets. Claire’s chose a Soft loose tear drop style bouquet with soft pink cluster Roses, Peonies, white freesia, Vandella cream Roses, little blue flowers, spray Roses, little peach Rose little baby breath and silver suede leaf and soft round and long leaf gum, and some seeded gum. Here is a video we made before leaving our studio in Duncraig.

Claire’s reception was held at the Bluewater Grill in Applecross. Below are a couple of pictures we took of the table arrangements in the venue.
We held a total of 3 Floristry classes during the week for about 40 budding florists. One was held at our Duncraig studio and was attended by 7 people who came to make a vase arrangement. Here is a beautiful photograph of one of the finished arrangements.
Check out the times of our future classes on our website, http://www.sweetfloral.com.au/workshops/
We also had a fantastic time visiting the Brightwater Residential Aged Care facilities in Redcliffe and Huntingdale. More than 30 ladies and a couple of gentlemen made themselves a Mothers Day Box arrangement. Absolute joy to do this. You just cannot beat ” Fun with Flowers”. Here is a photograph we took of some of the finished efforts. Well done everyone!
