This stunning bouquet is composed of lissianthus, hydrangeas and calla lillies. The bridesmaids carried smaller bouquets of the same flowers with additional thistle incorporating another texture and a pop of dark blue.
At Sweet Floral we find that many brides select a traditional white posy as their bouquet and decide to incorporate their colour theme through the bridesmaid’s bouquet. Here’s a few images where the bridesmaid’s bouquet has highlighted the white flowers using hints of purple through lavender, hydrangeas and freesia’s!
These images from a recent wedding showcase the reception table arrangements. Some table were dressed with tall displays while others with with petite displays. The bridal table was adorned with a long and low arrangements. All displays used white flowers including Statice, Lilies, Roses, Alstroemeria and Orchids.
Australian Wildflowers are not a typical choice for wedding flowers but as you’ll see in the images below they can bring a burst of beauty and colour to your wedding day. A special benefit is their resilience in the summer weather compared to introduced flowers like tulips and roses.
At many weddings the English tradition of throwing away the brides bouquet is continued. It holds the belief that the single women who catches the bouquet will be the next to marry.
At Sweet Floral, we believe your bouquet is too special to be tossed to the crowd, instead we suggest a bouquet specifically for throwing away. We ensure the bouquet compliments your bridal parties flowers and the colours of your reception- here’s a glance at a throw away bouquet we created last week.
